TERMS OF USE

RESERVATION

You can make a booking in any of the following ways:

  1. electronically through the booking form on our website
  2. by sending an email to info@paxdrive.gr
  3. by phoning our contact telephones
  4. through the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the page

Once your booking has gone through you will be sent a confirmation e-mail/sms with all the details of the reservation so you can check that everything is correct.

PAYMENT

Once your booking has been completed you will be asked to pay 50% of the agreed price to our bank account as a deposit. Once the deposit has been confirmed, you will receive a electronic coupon with all the details of your booking. The remainder of the agreed price can be paid either by:

  1. making a payment to our bank account
  2. paying with a credit/debit card via POS machine at the time of the journey as all our taxis have this facility. The machines are compatible with all cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMERICAN EXPRESS etc.)

Reservations are considered as having been cancelled if 50% of the agreed price has not been paid to the bank as above by 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

LUGGAGE

Each passenger is entitled to one piece of hand luggage and one further piece of luggage at no extra cost. Any additional luggage will be priced after consultation with us (volume / amount of luggage).

Please contact us about special luggage (sports equipment, wheelchairs, etc.).

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Changes to the date or time of your booking can only be made online and in writing. We will send you a confirmation message accompanied by a new coupon containing all the new information.

If you cancel a booking in writing by sending an e-mail up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the entire amount deposited will be refunded.

We are not able to give a refund if you cancel a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

TRANSPORT

On the day of your appointment your driver will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged meeting point as given on your booking voucher.

If you are delayed, your driver will wait for you as follows:

  1. Airports – 75 minutes
  2. Port – 30 minutes
  3. Other meeting points – 15 minutes

If you do not arrive at the meeting point within these times, we cannot give a refund.

If you have any problem please contact the phone number listed on the booking voucher.

Your driver will be able to wait as long as needed, after you have agreed this with us and at an extra charge.

* it is the passenger's responsibility to be aware of how long it will take to travel from the point of departure to the destination.

PETS

All pets must be transported in special carriers approved by EATA. You must mention you are taking a pet when booking. The pet transfer service is available on request made before the journey and at an extra charge.

If we have not been informed that you are taking a pet we reserve the right to refuse the booking without issuing a refund.

The cost of any damage or injury caused by the pet is met by the person travelling with it.

If the pet is travelling unaccompanied, the extra charges are borne by the person who made the reservation for the journey.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol and/or drugs inside the vehicle.

Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles.

If a passenger does not comply with the above rules, the driver may, at their own discretion, stop transporting that passenger in order to ensure his own safety and that of the vehicle and/or other passengers. No refund is payable in this situation.

This also applies if passengers arrive under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or behave in any other inappropriate way that endangers the driver, vehicle and/or other passengers.
