1Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden or additional charges. The price we will give you is the final price, provided there are no changes in the booking conditions.
2Will I have to pay the driver?
Payment for your trip is made electronically (according to the terms of booking) and our drivers will never ask you to pay for your transfer.
3How do I find my driver?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the place agreed in advance, holding a sign with the booking details or the name you asked us to use. Waiting times are stated in the booking conditions.
4 I missed my flight… Now what happens?
Please contact us to cancel your booking in accordance with the booking terms.
5 My flight was cancelled / delayed….
If your flight is cancelled, please contact so us we can return your deposit. If your flight is delayed, contact us so that we can make sure that a vehicle and driver are waiting for you when you arrive.
6Do you provide a stroller / baby seat and / or wheelchair?
Please let us know in good time if you have any particular needs and we will make sure to provide you with everything you need.
7How many stops can we make on our way?
We can make one short stop without any charge. For more stops or a change of route, extra charges will be made after we have agreed this with you.
8How much luggage can we take?
The agreed price includes 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person. The amount of luggage you can take is determined by the size of the vehicle you selected. If you want to take more luggage, please let us know in good time so we can work out the best solution for you.
9How do I confirm my reservation?
Within 24 hours from making your deposit in accordance with the booking terms, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with a voucher giving all the details of the booking attached in printable form. For everyone's convenience, please have this voucher with you on the day of your transfer (printed or stored on your mobile phone).
10 Can I change my reservation?
Of course. Contact us so we can be there to meet you when you need us.
